Hello Friend,
In our day and age most
people do not believe in God. They may believe that there is some greater power
out there, but they don’t know what it is. This is quite sad, because God
really does exist, and the amount of people who know that is minimal.
So why does this matter?
How does knowing about God’s existence improve our life? I have compared the quality of life of a
saved man, to that of an unsaved one, and trust me when I say that the
difference is substantial. I have seen many people’s lives improve once they
accepted Christ and started growing to be more like him. We are what we
surround ourselves with, and if we read the Bible, and we stay in prayer, then
we can’t go wrong. Knowing this is very crucial to a Christian’s walk in
Christ.
The Bible states in Romans
1:20 “For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine
nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in
the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.” People will say that there is no proof of
God’s existence, but the proof can be clearly seen just by looking out the
window. This beautiful world could not possibly have been created by a “Big
Bang” Or whatever the heathens are calling it these days. In 1927 the “Big
Bang” theory was introduced, and it wasn’t long after that that God was taken
out of the public schools. The public school system used to be a healthier
environment, but now it has become one of the main things that have taken this
country down.
Without God, there is no
structure; there is no purpose in our life. As Christians we need to understand
this, and when someone doesn’t believe in God’s existence, it is our job to try
to prove to them otherwise. 1 Corinthians 8:6 says “Yet for us there is one
God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord,
Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.” As a
friend in Christ, I would urge you to aid in the cleansing of this devastated
earth by spreading God’s word and by spreading proof of His Existence.
In Christ,
Noah Brewster
